Private Coaching

Conrad started his first licensed business, MidWest Computers, back in high school in 1997; building custom computers, business networks, email & website servers, and technical support across south central Nebraska. During his summers in college he ran a business selling educational books door-to-door on the East Coast while simultaneously recruiting, training, and leading other college students to follow him thousands of miles across the country to work 90 hours a week, straight commission, no guarantees for their summer jobs. He graduated college in 2006 at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a degree in Broadcast Production and minors in Music, History, English, and Computer Science.

Conrad purchased his first real estate investment property in 2003; renting it out to fellow college students. In 2007, he moved to Colorado and joined Keller Williams Realty International to start over in real estate in Denver - just before the Great Recession. He built his business amidst the biggest market shifts we've ever seen. Since then, he grew his team, Urban Pro Homes, to the #10 real estate team in Colorado for Keller Williams.

Conrad believes strongly in the power of coaching. He started working with his own MAPS Mastery Coach in 2010. He's been training, mentoring, teaching, and coaching agents since the very beginning of his career. He started teaching in his market center in 2009 and took on his first Mentee in 2010. He has been a member of the Agent Leadership Council for just as long. He's an investor in his market center, an investor in long-term and short-term rentals, and has the best collection of bow ties on this side of the Rocky Mountains!

In 2022, Conrad became a practitioner of Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has since earned the level of Certified NLP Master Practitioner through Empowerment, Inc after hundreds of logged hours of studying, hands on training, and direct experience. He is trained in the many techniques of NLP including linguistic models, meta programing, swish patterns, values elicitation and alignment, anchoring, chaining anchors, strategy elicitation, parts integration, age regression, removing limiting beliefs, eliminating anxiety, MER (Mental and Emotional Release), and Hypnotherapy.
