Conrad has been in real estate since 2003. He moved to Colorado and joined KW in 2007 - just before the Great Recession. He built his business amidst one of the biggest market shifts we've ever seen. Since then, he grew his team, Urban Pro Homes, to the #10 team in Colorado for Keller Williams. Conrad believes strongly in the power of coaching. He started working with his own MAPS Mastery Coach in 2010. He's taken BOLD 9 times. He's been teaching in his market center since 2009 and a member of the ALC for just as long. He's an investor in his market center, an investor in long-term and short-term rentals, and has an impressive collection of bow ties!
